Salesforce Administrator

CLIENT: 

Our client is a London based Salesforce CRM consultancy focused on delivering effective, profitable and successful implementations and support packages.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Managing customers on monthly support customers 
  • Responding to cases adhering to customer SLAs 
  • Handling tasks either solo or as part of a team on project implementations 
  • Daily case reporting and management 
  • Working with the management and consultants to create solutions for customer issues

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • With at least 2-3 years of work experience in Salesforce admin.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator with Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule
