JOB DESCRIPTION
- Closely maintain relationships with change management groups (e.g. security, compliance, architecture, process owners) to ensure consistency between processes
- Implement & drive Release to Production (R2P) process and policy compliance
- Review release acceptance checklists & track release execution status
- Assess risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality
- Conduct Release Readiness, Milestone, and Business Go/No-Go reviews
- Support our global IT team to ensure secured IT operations
- Optimization of infrastructure processes to improve efficiency and stability
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering
- 3-5 years’ experience as a technical engineer in a related industry
- Strong experience on Release to Production process & IT Service Management
- Experienced with handling infrastructure (e.g. servers, databases, systems) related services
- Experienced with managing & handling tickets in ServiceNow
- Experienced with user-centric service management approach
- Good proficiency of ITILv4 process (certified is preferred)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
