JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is responsible for defining and documenting product requirements, managing the backlog, supporting delivery, and coordinating product rollouts.
Product Requirements & Execution
Define and document functional and non-functional product requirements and maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with delivery capacity and dependencies
Blockchain & Fintech Product Development
Apply hands on experience building blockchain and fintech applications to solution design
Product Documentation & Enablement
Produce and maintain product documentation, including specs, workflows, work instructions and release notes.
Product Rollout & Release Support
Coordinate product releases with stakeholders and delivery teams Support UAT
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Science
- 7+ years of experience in fintech, blockchain, or financial systems development
- Proven experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Demonstrated experience delivering production grade blockchain or fintech Experience working closely with
- Engineering teams in Agile environments
- Proven ability to manage requirements, documentation, and release coordination
