Our client is a Cebu-based PSE-listed company engaged in electric power generation from both renewable and non-renewable energy sources, electric power distribution, retail electricity supply, and other infrastructure-related operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead enterprise-wide business process standardization initiatives across key operational functions.
- Develop, implement, and govern standardized business processes, policies, and SOPs.
- Drive master data governance and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across enterprise systems.
- Support ERP implementation, system integration, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Establish governance frameworks and best practices for process management and master data.
- Monitor process performance and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business process standardization, digital transformation, or master data management.
- Strong experience with ERP implementation, process governance, and enterprise process improvement.
- Knowledge of master data governance and enterprise systems such as ERP, EAM, GIS, or Billing platforms.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Experience in utilities, infrastructure, manufacturing, or other asset-intensive industries is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
