Our client is a global humanitarian NGO’s Philippine Shared Services Center is seeking an Oracle SCM expert to join their small, global IT team. The center supports centralized accounting and IT functions, primarily serving global operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and optimize supply chain systems by overseeing implementation, resolving technical issues, and ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- Drive process improvement and innovation through analysis, automation, and adopting industry best practices and technologies.
- Analyze data and generate reports to support decisions, track performance through KPIs, and forecast trends and issues.
- Lead and collaborate with teams, providing mentorship, training, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Ensure compliance and manage risks by adhering to policies, identifying potential disruptions, and implementing contingency plans.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Strong technical expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Experience with Oracle ERP systems
- Reports to the Systems Support Sr. Manage
