JOB DESCRIPTION

• Create ServiceNow workflows to automate repetitious tasks that are manually performed by end-users.
• Develop ServiceNow reports to assists the process and configuration management workflows.
• Support and enhance existing portals using ServiceNow functionalities including Scripting and macros.
• Responsible for troubleshooting any errors found in ServiceNow application and modules.
• Support Testing of ServiceNow development.
• Provides insights and expertise into the ServiceNow configuration.

JOB QUALIFICATION

• At least 1-2 years of working experience in ServiceNow
• Should have a sound understanding of ServiceNow technical context that includes hardware, software and various modules within ServiceNow
