JOB DESCRIPTION
- Performs project management tasks for IT/Systems/Enterprise Projects. Will primarily be a project coordinator, Test Manager, and Defects Manager.
- Will have the opportunity to later lead small to medium size projects. Ensuring projects delivered covers the needed scope, within the time frame and budget, and with high quality.
- Organizing Project Meetings and Workshops; Accountable for the minutes of the meeting specially during Project Owner and Steercom Meetings.
- Documenting and Monitoring the Risk, Actions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID) identified in project workshops and meetings. Perform follow-ups with the action owners in a timely manner.
- Supports companys’ BPOs and SMEs in preparing and storing project related documentation.
- Will act as the test and defects manager on the client side. Will collaborate with BPOs and SMEs in crafting the test plan. Ensures that the test plan is in accordance with the business process and blueprint. Monitors and follow-up the status and completion of tests and defects resolution.
- Leads the data migration and governance for the Enterprise System Project Delivery such as ERP, HRIS, Asset Management. Coordinates the data preparation, data transformation, and facilitate migration to the new system.
- Leads small to medium size projects in relation to the over-all Enterprise System Program / Portfolio.
- Contributes to the product design and development activities such as but limited to business blue-printing, functional specifications, technical specifications, and configuration documents
- Ability to perform build/prototyping to ensure requirements are considered in the scope of work, functional specification, and technical documents.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Must have at least 2-3 years’ experience in project management as project coordinator or project admin.
- Experience in business process review and business analysis framework.
- Must have handled HRIS and IT innovation projects.
