JOB DESCRIPTION

Ensure IT service delivery by supporting appropriate processes to run a successful IT-enabled business. Develop and implement processes, best practices, and IT services necessary to meet the business needs of internal and external users. Support for applications and software.
Job Function: IT Operations (Network Infrastructure, Server Management, Service Desk Support, Incident & Security Management), DevOps
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of experience in IT and/or DevOps
- Extensive knowledge of computer hardware systems
- Knowledgeable in any one of the following cloud platforms:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Microsoft Azure
- Knowledgeable and experienced in terminal shells such as sh/bash/ksh/zsh
- Familiarity with general OS systems i.e. Windows/Windows Server and Linux/Ubuntu
- Knowledgeable in proprietary and open source observability platforms i.e. Grafana
- Knowledgeable in versioning and repository tools and applications i.e. Git
- Competent skills in bash scripting
- Knowledgeable of LAN and wireless networks
- Knowledgeable of database and networking security systems
- Knowledgeable of DNS/DHCP/Active Directory/SCCM
