JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a local HR team of 3 members.
- Act as a strategic business partner to the local leadership team and line managers across multiple locations.
- Drive and support organizational change initiatives in line with the company’s rapid growth and evolving business priorities.
- Collaborate with international HR teams to execute globally aligned HR strategies.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to guide teams through transformation, restructuring, and new processes or systems.
- Develop and implement local HR policies and programs while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal governance.
- Maintain a strong, people-centered culture that supports employee engagement, talent retention, and organizational development.
- Work closely with the finance team on HR-related reporting, payroll compliance, and legal audits.
- Represent the HR function with a strong voice in the business, contributing to broader company goals.
