JOB DESCRIPTION
- Performs analytics and reporting activities across BHP.
- Collects, processes, and analyzes data using mathematical and statistical tools.
- Identifies patterns, trends, and correlations in complex data from multiple sources with business context.
- Researches and develops statistical learning models, staying updated on technology trends.
- Interprets results using standard statistical tools and communicates insights to decision-makers.
- Coaches and trains reporting and analytics team for enhanced knowledge and competency.
- Actively seeks improvements to simplify activities, remove duplication, and enhance efficiency.
- Participates in projects throughout the lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, and contributes to training and development initiatives.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- At least 5 years analytics experience
- Experience in Python or R
- Experience in deploying Machine Learning projects
- Exposure to Big Data
- Experience in Tableu or Power BI is a plus
- Should be amenable to working in BGC and a hybrid setup (twice a week).
