JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity and fraud investigation professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital forensics investigation strategies, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct in-depth forensic analysis of digital devices, systems, and networks to identify and gather evidence related to cyber attacks and potential fraud incidents.
- Oversee incident response activities, including coordinating and conducting investigations, documenting findings, and implementing remedial measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and industry best practices, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on cybersecurity awareness, fraud prevention, and incident response protocols.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, such as law enforcement agencies and legal teams, during investigations and legal proceedings.
- Continuously assess and enhance the organization’s cybersecurity posture, implementing measures to proactively detect and prevent cyber threats and potential fraud risks.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of cybersecurity and fraud investigation initiatives
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Proven experience in leading and managing cybersecurity and fraud investigation teams, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.
- In-depth knowledge of digital forensics investigation methodologies, incident response techniques, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to cybersecurity and fraud investigations.
- Extensive experience in conducting forensic analysis on digital devices, networks, and systems, utilizing industry-standard tools and techniques.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including network security, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and data loss prevention.
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- High ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
