JOB DESCRIPTION
● Support BI Users currently using the BI Platform.
● Monitor daily load processes in our BI Solution.
● Incident analysis, communication, and resolution
● Transfer knowledge actively to the other team members as well as the Operations & Support team
JOB QUALIFICATION
You will have the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position:
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Basic Power BI knowledge
• Basic Azure Cloud knowledge
• Analytical Skills: ability for systematic and rational analysis to identify the root cause of problems.
• People skills: able to work within an international environment, service-minded and team-oriented
