JOB DESCRIPTION
• Planning and executing end-to-end implementation process of core banking, Internet banking and credit scoring solutions.
• Evaluating client needs, preparing gap analysis reports, documenting business and system requirements.
• Setting up and configuring system parameters.
• Assisting clients in the data migration and verification processes.
• Testing and troubleshooting final system setup and configuration.
• Providing training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for a client to manage expectations, concerns and requirements.
• Supporting pre-sales team in product demonstrations, project scoping and proposal preparation
JOB QUALIFICATION
• Experience in the banking industry
