Total Rewards Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Compensation & Benefits Management:

  • Design, evaluate, and implement competitive compensation structures, including salary, incentives, and equity programs.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure compensation competitiveness.
  • Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements related to compensation and benefits.

Total Rewards Strategy & Implementation:

  • Develop a total rewards philosophy that aligns with company goals and employee needs.
  • Lead job evaluation and pay grading processes to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Manage the annual compensation review process, including salary increases, bonuses, and promotions.
  • Partner with leadership and finance teams to ensure rewards programs align with budget and business strategy.

Employee Recognition & Engagement:

  • Design and implement employee recognition and incentive programs to drive engagement and performance.
  • Develop and execute well-being initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze employee feedback and market trends to continuously improve rewards offerings.

HR Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and industry standards for compensation and benefits.
  • Monitor and report key HR metrics related to total rewards, making data-driven recommendations.
  • Partner with external vendors and consultants for compensation surveys and benefits administration.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation & benefits, or HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, job evaluation methodologies, and benefits administration.
  • Experience with HRIS and compensation benchmarking tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret compensation data and market trends.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
