JOB DESCRIPTION
- Serve as the subject matter expert in Philippine labor laws, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and case management
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
- Handle end-to-end HR support across facets such as employee engagement, performance management, and policy implementation (excluding recruitment)
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to provide insights on workforce trends
- Perform HR data analysis to support decision-making and improve HR processes
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, particularly within a BPO/operations setting
- Assist in driving HR initiatives and process improvements
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a BPO/shared services environment
- Experience in employee relations and case handling
- Skilled in HR analytics, dashboard creation, and data interpretation
