Our client is a premier leader in the alternative fund administration industry.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and manage Investor Relations team and oversee investor onboarding and AML/KYC procedures.
- Oversee all investor onboarding, subscriptions, redemptions, capital activity, and reporting.
- Serve as the firm’s internal AML/KYC expert and final decision-maker on escalations.
- Build out a 24-hour service model to support and service clients in different time zones.
- Develop KPIs focused on risk mitigation, team capacity, and client experience.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related course (professional certifications such as CAMS are an advantage)
- 10+ years of experience in financial services with specialization in KYC, AML and investor onboarding
- Client-facing experience and excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong knowledge of hedge funds and private equity investor subscription processing.
- Strong knowledge of AML software and databases (e.g., LexisNexis)
