JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive workplace culture and address employee relations issues promptly.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment and make necessary improvements.
- Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Work with managers to identify training and development needs for employees.
- Develop and maintain performance improvement plans when necessary.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures throughout the organization.
- Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations and update policies as needed.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Promote a learning culture within the organization.
- Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Experience working in an IT services company (or at least experience in the services industry in general)
- Proven experience in operational and strategic HR
- Extensive experience in full-cycle HR
- At least 10 years of total experience in HR
- At least 4 years of managerial experience
- Can start immediately
