JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Develop effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement:
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and address employee relations issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment and make necessary improvements.
  • Performance Management:
  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Work with managers to identify training and development needs for employees.
  • Develop and maintain performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • HR Policies and Compliance:
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures throughout the organization.
  • Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations and update policies as needed.
  • Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Promote a learning culture within the organization.
  • Benefits Administration:
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Experience working in an IT services company (or at least experience in the services industry in general)
  • Proven experience in operational and strategic HR
  • Extensive experience in full-cycle HR
  • At least 10 years of total experience in HR
  • At least 4 years of managerial experience
  • Can start immediately
