JOB DESCRIPTION
- Serve as the senior-most HR leader, partnering with our executive team to align people strategy with revenue goals
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR Manager and recruiting team
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting to ensure speed, quality, and high bar for talent
- Design and continuously improve onboarding programs to accelerate new hire ramp time
- Build structured career development paths and progression frameworks across departments
- Develop and manage training programs to support leadership development and role-specific upskilling
- Own and optimize HR systems (e.g., BambooHR, ClickUp), documentation, and workflows
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and Philippine laws and employment regulations
- Lead comp planning, performance calibration, and people analytics
- Standardize and enforce processes that scale — from onboarding to offboarding
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or a tech startup
- Strong experience managing HR teams and recruiting functions
- Proven success building onboarding, career development, and training programs
- Deep knowledge of compliance, people operations, compensation, and performance management
- Operational mindset with strong project management and systems thinking
- Experience leading remote, globally distributed teams
- Excellent communicator who can build credibility across technical and non-technical teams
