HR Business Partner (for a power company)

Our client is the biggest power company in the Philippines, it is an energy solutions company that provides dependable power across the country – and with 49 power generation facilities and nine electric distribution sites.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Build and maintain HR business partnerships with Facility and Department Heads.
  • Develop and implement HR programs tailored to site needs.
  • Support daily HR transactions and operations.
  • Strengthen employer-employee relations and drive organizational culture.
  • Manage labor relations and grievance processes.
  • Support employee engagement and relations activities.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years in HR Generalist/Business Partnership roles.
  • Experience in Labor and Employee Relations.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Technology-savvy with strong data analysis skills.
