JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build and maintain HR business partnerships with Facility and Department Heads.
- Develop and implement HR programs tailored to site needs.
- Support daily HR transactions and operations.
- Strengthen employer-employee relations and drive organizational culture.
- Manage labor relations and grievance processes.
- Support employee engagement and relations activities.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years in HR Generalist/Business Partnership roles.
- Experience in Labor and Employee Relations.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Technology-savvy with strong data analysis skills.
