JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct organizational capability assessments to map current skill levels, future role requirements, and learning gaps.
- Design and deliver exclusive, in-house curriculums tailored to the business, using external vendors only for content support-while retaining ownership of the learning journey.
- Partner with business units, HRBPs, and leadership to ensure alignment between learning outcomes and business objectives.
- Directly run and manage each academy, overseeing program creation, instructional design, and facilitation planning.
- Build internal expertise on how each academy operates, ensuring content relevance across varying functions and roles.
- Establish success metrics, feedback loops, and measurement frameworks to track learning effectiveness and ROI.
- Foster a learning culture that enables employees to thrive and continuously upskill in a fast-changing environment.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with 3+ years in leadership or head role.
- Proven track record of building internal academies or structured capability programs from the ground up. – Strong background in curriculum design, learning strategy, and talent development.
- Experience in designing programs across various domains such as tech, marketing, data, and soft skills.
- Must have held a corporate L&D leadership role, owning both the strategic and operational delivery of programs.
- Deep familiarity with learning tools, LMS platforms, and content delivery systems.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders across all levels.
- Prior experience working in agile, fast-scaling organizations is a plus
