JOB DESCRIPTION
- Global Recruitment:
- Develop and implement a global recruitment strategy to attract and hire top talent.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for various roles.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
- HR Management:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and time off policies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and implement initiatives to improve morale and engagement.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, time-to-hire, and employee satisfaction.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on HR activities and performance.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 10 + years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and international HR.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in multiple countries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred.
- Experience working in the hospitality industry is a plus.
