JOB DESCRIPTION
• Will oversee Treasury and Accounting
• Experience working with external auditors, internal controls, compliance related issues, investor relations
• Acts as CFO; evaluates financial performance of organization vis-à-vis long-term operational goals, budgets, forecasts
• Creates & establishes yearly financial objectives aligned with growth & expansion
• Communicates, engages & interacts well with BOD, CEO, COOs, Execs
• Experienced in financial relations , policies
• Represents the company to banks, financial partners & institutions, investors, auditors
• Experienced in developing financial models, projecting future financial investments & plans
JOB QUALIFICATION
• Minimum 15 yrs experience in financial management, particularly in capital/debt-equity raising
• Has managed both Treasury and Accounting
• CPA, BS Acctg or Finance; MBA
