With continuous expansion across its restaurant network, SHG is strengthening its Finance organization by hiring experienced leaders who can support strategic growth and business performance.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead the company’s Management Accounting function across the business
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze management reports to support business performance
- Partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making
- Monitor financial performance and recommend opportunities for business improvement
- Drive continuous improvements in management accounting Maintain ongoing client engagement and progress tracking (6–12 months) to ensure sustained impact and identify future opportunities
- Handle client-facing interactions and stakeholder management, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across all levels
- Develop detailed documentation, reports, and project plans to support workflow alignment and decision-making
- Support solution design, innovation, and internal collaboration, while mentoring teams and contributing to service improvement
JOB QUALIFICATION
- CPA or CMA is preferred
- Strong experience in Management Accounting, Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting
- Experience in Business Performance Analysis, Management Reporting, and Financial Analysis
- Proven leadership experience managing Management Accounting or Finance teams
- Background in the Restaurant, Food Manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries is highly preferred
- Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
