JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead the company’s Cost Accounting function across its restaurant brands
- Oversee product costing, inventory costing, and cost control activities
- Perform and review Contribution Margin (CM) Analysis and Yield Analysis to support profitability
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Culinary teams to improve costing accuracy and business performance
- Develop and enhance cost accounting processes, controls, and reporting
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions
- Lead and develop the Cost Accounting team while driving continuous process improvements
JOB QUALIFICATION
- 5 years of managerial experience in Cost Accounting within the restaurant, food manufacturing, or FMCG industry
- Strong background in Product Costing, Inventory Costing, Cost Control, Contribution Margin (CM) Analysis, and Yield Analysis
- Experience collaborating with operations, supply chain, procurement, and culinary teams to support profitability and business performance
- Deep expertise in recipe costing, yield management, and financial analysis
- ERP experience (preferably SAP) is an advantage
