Corporate Finance Officer

CLIENT: 

Our client is a PSE-listed power company with a diverse portfolio in renewable and thermal energy generation, distribution, and retail electricity supply.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and corporate strategy
  • Conduct valuations, feasibility studies, and capital budgeting analysis for projects and acquisitions
  • Support due diligence and analysis for mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners such as banks, lenders, and legal advisers

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or Mathematics
  • Experience in corporate finance, investment banking, valuation, or financial planning and analysis
  • Strong expertise in financial modelling and exposure to M&A (required)
  • Background in valuation methods such as DCF, comparables, or precedent transactions
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
