JOB DESCRIPTION
• In charge of the capital request and budgeting process
• Assists in the formulation of and also monitors and directs the company’s strategic, expansion (domestic and international) and financial planning plans
• Develops performance measures and monitoring systems that support the company’s strategic direction
• Establishes and develops relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
• Manages financial forecasting, budgeting and treasury processes, and oversees the preparation of all financial reporting (including ERP system)
• Drives opportunities for career growth through remuneration and management incentives strategies
JOB QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor of Science in Finance, any business course or equivalent work experience
• More than 10 years work experience in financial planning, reporting, and treasury
• More than 8 years solid leadership role in finance functions for medium to large enterprises in multinational companies
• MBA degree, highly desired
• CPA and CFA, highly desired
