Our client is a business process outsourcing services company focused on the insurance industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Monthly invoicing process and sending invoices to clients (client-specific; training provided)
  • Analyze month-over-month client performance and identify outliers in Microsoft Excel
  • Monthly financial statement review in QuickBooks
  • Monthly bank reconciliations in QuickBooks
  • Identify process improvements and suggest solutions

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (required)
  • 3-5 years of accounting experience (insurance/real estate preferred)
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
  • Experience with QuickBooks & Salesforce (a plus)
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Willing to work night shift
