JOB DESCRIPTION
- Analyses and models data to draw out insights and solutions that address hypotheses and business challenges.
- Develops and communicates insights that guide data driven action and decision making.
- Uses, stores, classifies, assesses and processes data/metadata in alignment with the company standards and requirements for data quality management, integrity and governance.
- Defines and structures business problems to understand what can be addressed using analytics, designs analytics solutions and accesses and cleans data to prepare it for the analysis process.
- Determines the underlying cause of problems and evaluates multiple solutions to ensure a planned and structured approach to solving complex problems.
- Identifies, engages and manages a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Engages the capabilities of the entire organisation.

JOB QUALIFICATION
- Degree or qualifications in business analytics, mathematics, statistics, computer science or other relevant business degree, required
- Experience & Technical Competencies
- 5+ years of relevant analytics experience
- Proven experience in data visualisation tools (Power BI preferred)
- Proficient in data collection, data organisation, analysis, visualisation and presentation of data
- Ability to optimise dashboards with significant volumes of data
- Proven ability to take complex problems and analysis to distil into simple, easy to understand insights
- Strong technical design skills
- Proven ability to deliver effective communications both verbal and written
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
