JOB DESCRIPTION
• Be in charge of translating the strategic vision into a product and well-defined user stories, prioritizing user stories together with team and estimating them to have clear-time line of the product.
• Define the customer centric value streams and the related touch points between the bank and the customer for transactions related to consumer lending.
• Highlights, documents, and assesses ING’s Global Business Strategies, capturing essential business requirements for carrying out user stories/ product for customer lending.
• Gets detailed level of requirement from stakeholders or customers for customer lending.
• Clearly communicates the business requirements to the Team.
JOB QUALIFICATION
• Greater than 5 years business experience
• Bachelor’s degree in value proposition design, product management, marketing or business development.
• Worked in multinational/international environment from a corporate, geographic, education and work experience perspective.
• Stakeholder Management – internal & externally (matrix)
• Previous experience in setting plans and delivering against these
