- Pursue automation of routine and repeating processes
- Ensure effective and efficient execution and monitoring of IT services
- Provide level 0 to level 2 support for managed IT systems and services
- Ensure effective and efficient incident management
- Ensure effective and efficient problem management
- Ensure effective and efficient change and release management
- Ensure effective and efficient endpoint management
- Ensure adherence to regulations and policies
- Provide support for the implementation of systems and integration with partners and third-party service providers
- Manage the relationship with, and the delivery and performance of service providers
