JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead the infrastructure team, providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure the effective implementation and management of infrastructure technologies.
- Drive the adoption and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes/Docker, and cloud services to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align infrastructure strategies with organizational objectives.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of version control systems (Git/SVN) and infrastructure as code tools (Terraform), if applicable.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and performance of the infrastructure environment.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within an infrastructure team.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in CI/CD Pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker, and Cloud Services.
- Optional Technical Skills: Familiarity with Git or SVN (optional).
Familiarity with Terraform (optional). - Team Management: Proven experience in leading and managing infrastructure teams.
