JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and execute a comprehensive lending strategy to achieve the bank’s growth and revenue goals.
- Manage the P&L of the lending portfolio and continuously monitor key performance metrics to optimize profitability.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure the lending portfolio remains within acceptable risk parameters.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify new lending opportunities and develop innovative lending products.
- Manage the end-to-end lending process, including loan origination, underwriting, servicing, and collections.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and lending policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, investors, and other financial institutions.
- Manage and mentor the lending team, providing guidance and support to achieve their goals and objectives.
- Provide regular reports on the performance of the lending portfolio to senior management.
