JOB DESCRIPTION
• Develop and execute the strategy to grow the Savings business and attaining the revenue and user count targets.
• Create and nurture multiple strategic partnerships to provide a robust product that is best-in-class and with reduced dependency and risk tied to a single partner.
• Manage the Savings Team to execute against the strategy and ensure the growth of each team member.
JOB QUALIFICATION
• Educational Background – College graduate
• Five (5) years of work experience in Financial Services
• Work Background / Experience – Fintech, Bank, Financial Institution, or similar industries
• Expert on project management
• Seasoned people manager
• With Business Acumen and Analytical and Proficient in numbers
