• Set the strategy for the Product Ownership Team
• Lead the establishment of the e-Commerce capabilities of the Digital Bank
• Lead the group of Digital Product Owners who handle various Digital Banking channels / products, making sure that the team achieves the envisioned results
• Manage the performance of the Digital Product Owners, provide the necessary mentorship”
JOB QUALIFICATION
• Graduate of a four-year course
• At least four years of experience in eCommerce
• Confident, highly articulate, and can work under pressure”
