JOB DESCRIPTION
• Manages the delinquency rates of the loans portfolio through effective partner management ensuring Arm’s Length.
• Conducts regular collections agency visits and follows through on daily, weekly, and monthly targets including penetration rates and agent productivity targets, among others.
• Conducts regular triad coaching sessions with the agency Leads and agents as an observer and follows through by giving and documenting constructive and immediate feedback to the Leads.
• Leads regular call calibration sessions with agency leads and Quality Assurance to ensure healthy call quality scores.
• Participates in the formulation of collections strategies to improve collection rates.
JOB QUALIFICATION
• Experience with fintech or digital bank
• Background with loans collection
• Developed collections strategies or framework previously
• Manager to Senior Manager Level
