JOB DESCRIPTION

• Leads e-commerce platform strategy, merchant acquisition and operations
• Builds a cross-functional team comprising product, tech and commercial resources
• Directs growth and management of the merchant portfolio
• Creates industry-based commercial and pricing framework to monetize traffic
• Creates operational processes and governance policies to manage risk while scaling the platform

 

JOB QUALIFICATION

• 7-10 years’ experience across fintech, e-commerce and business development
• Strong track record of growing products and businesses
• Outstanding analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in big data management, mySQL and advanced Excel
• Experience in product management and agile software development
