JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop deep insight into key accounts and craft service strategies tailored to their needs and operating characteristics.
- Own the service order and revenue targets for key accounts within the assigned industry; create service sales plans and promote offerings such as maintenance and implementation services to meet revenue goals.
- Identify service requirements and pain points of key accounts, uncover service opportunities, support pre-sales activities, and contribute to market expansion initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong service relationships with key accounts, gather VOCs, resolve technical issues and complaints, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the successful delivery of major projects and significant network changes for key accounts, maintaining service quality that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Execute the key account service plan by conducting regular service reviews, providing service briefings, initiating proactive customer care actions, and strengthening the customer relationship platform.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- 6–8+ years of practical experience in the ICT industry.
- 1–3 years of project management experience.
- 1–3 years of team leadership experience.
- Strong familiarity with ICT infrastructure, including networks, storage, computing, operating systems, and cloud technologies.
- Skilled in building and sustaining strong customer relationships.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and IT operations.
- Self-driven, innovative, and analytical, with strong attention to detail and the ability to think creatively when solving problems.
- Able to meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities; capable of working effectively under pressure, both independently and within a project team.
