Our client is a leading and rapidly expanding restaurant group with a diverse portfolio of established dining brands and integrated commissary operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and optimize Restaurant Management Systems (RMS) to support daily operations and business requirements.
- Lead process improvement, automation, and system enhancement initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and standardize operational procedures, system controls, and workflows across stores and commissaries.
- Oversee inventory monitoring, reconciliation, reporting, stock movement, audits, and compliance to ensure accuracy and reduce wastage.
- Analyze system and inventory data to identify trends and provide operational insights and recommendations.
- Support RMS implementation, upgrades, testing, rollouts, and resolution of system-related concerns.
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and other teams to address operational and process issues.
- Maintain RMS documentation, conduct user training, and drive continuous improvement and compliance with company standards.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- At least 8–10 years of relevant experience in Restaurant Management Systems, inventory management, and process improvement.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience handling RMS operations and system optimization.
- Strong background in inventory management, operational controls, and process standardization.
- Experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality operations is preferred.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
