JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and oversee Quality Assurance and Food Safety Management Systems across both commissary and store operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and regulatory standards to maintain product integrity and operational excellence.
- Manage quality assurance activities throughout the commissary process, including receiving, storage, production, packaging, and dispatch.
- Plan and conduct quality, food safety, and operational audits across multiple restaurant locations, while monitoring the implementation of corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by investigating quality issues, conducting root cause analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance quality performance.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive Quality Assurance experience within the Food & Beverage, Restaurant, Hospitality, Commissary, or Food Manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in both Commissary Quality Management and Multi-Store Audit Operations.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality management systems, and operational compliance.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
