JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead the design, solution architecture, implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday Financials to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday Financials with other enterprise systems.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Technology teams to maintain platform stability.
- Stay current on Workday enhancements and industry trends to recommend system improvements and innovation opportunities.
- Serve as the primary liaison between global Accounting and Technology teams to ensure alignment of financial processes and system capabilities.
- Analyze accounting processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and accuracy, translating requirements into scalable solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise, user support, and deliver training on Workday Financials functionality and best practices.
- Prepare and present reports on system performance, project progress, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
JOB QUALIFICATION

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field; CPA preferred.
- 8+ years of combined experience in accounting and enterprise financial systems, with hands‑on Workday Financials experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and principles, including GL, Procure‑to‑Pay, Record‑to‑Report, Assets, Banking & Settlement, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience leading or owning ERP Financials implementations, integrations, or major system enhancements in a global environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional initiatives involving finance and technology teams.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate financial requirements into system solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across accounting, technology, and business teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies; able to operate in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.
