- 10+ years of experience in operational leadership, preferably within established Shared Services Centers.
- Proven track record in service delivery management, compliance, and process excellence.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Demonstrated resilience, accountability, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience leading diverse, multi-country teams with empathy and structure.
- Human Resources Services experience is a plus
