JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead and nurture a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
  • Delegate effectively and foster professional growth within the team.
  • Drive operational KPIs, SLAs, and service delivery standards.
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation and global policies alongside Finance, Legal, and PnC teams.
  • Build strong partnerships with cross-functional leaders and act as a trusted advisor on regional compliance and operational matter.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • 10+ years of experience in operational leadership, preferably within established Shared Services Centers.
  • Proven track record in service delivery management, compliance, and process excellence.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Demonstrated resilience, accountability, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience leading diverse, multi-country teams with empathy and structure.
  • Human Resources Services experience is a plus
