JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide expert guidance on compliance issues that have a national scope, ensuring a unified response across all TBG power generation companies regardless of their location.

- Develop and maintain national-level compliance policies and internal governance to ensure consistency across the business group.
- Act as the primary point for escalating complex regulatory concerns from regional teams that require a national or group-wide resolution.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Must be a Lawyer (Bar passer)
- Must be from a power/energy company
- Must have extensive policy making experience
- At least 3-5 years of leadership experience
- At least 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, regulatory affairs, policy research, and energy sector analysis
