JOB DESCRIPTION
- The role involves working closely with the sales team and customers to understand business and technical requirements, design suitable technology solutions, conduct presentations and demonstrations, and support the complete presales lifecycle.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and system integration environments.
- Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements and propose suitable technology solutions
- Conduct technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and customer workshops
- Design enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions
- Prepare solution architecture, bill of materials (BOM), scope of work, and technical proposals
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and technical partners for solution design and pricing
- Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and tender requirements
- Provide technical consultation to customers during the sales cycle
- Support proof-of-concept (POC) and solution validation activities
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
- Work with delivery and support teams to ensure smooth project transition

JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–8 years of experience in Presales / Solution Consulting roles
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and networking
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Ability to engage with enterprise customers and understand business requirements
- Experience in preparing technical proposals and solution documentation
- OEM certifications will be an added advantage
