JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in IT infrastructure and enterprise solutions.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to expand solution adoption and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to design and deliver tailored infrastructure solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
- Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and strategies for key vertical markets.
- Engage with vendors and partners to align business strategies and explore joint opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors’ activities.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-15 years of experience in relevant sales (B2B), preferably in IT infrastructure sales, best scenario if with a system integrator / distributor or technology solution’s provider.
- Sales understanding of infrastructure project / RFP’s involving various components like servers, storage device, networking, virtualization, and data center solutions. Able to closely work internally with solutions architect’s to design solutions and proposals.
- Existing customer network in enterprise, commercial, mid market or public sector accounts is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
