JOB DESCRIPTION
- Product Strategy & Platform Development
- Define and drive the overall product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the e-commerce / mini-app platform
- Build and scale a compelling platform ecosystem with diverse, high-value use cases
- Lead the development of product features that enhance user experience, engagement, and conversion
- Establish product governance, documentation, and best practices across the platform
- Merchant Ecosystem & Commercial Strategy
- Drive merchant acquisition strategy and oversee the growth and management of the merchant portfolio
- Develop industry-based commercial frameworks and pricing models to effectively monetize platform traffic
- Source and manage a pipeline of high-impact deals, campaigns, and partnerships
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver value across the ecosystem
- Growth, Data & Analytics
- Leverage growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Champion a data-driven culture by developing frameworks for data management, reporting, and insights generation
- Utilize advanced analytics to identify growth opportunities, optimize conversion, and improve user journeys
- Partner with data and technology teams to enable scalable and actionable insights
- Operations, Risk & Process Optimization
- Establish scalable operational processes and governance policies to support platform growth while managing risk
- Identify inefficiencies and non-value-adding processes; lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure alignment across product, engineering, commercial, and operations teams
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing cross-functional team across product, technology, and commercial functions
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to align product direction with business objectives
- Act as a key advocate for the platform, driving alignment and engagement across internal and external partners
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Proven experience in product leadership within e-commerce, marketplace, fintech, or platform-based businesses
- Strong track record in building and scaling platform ecosystems, merchant networks, or digital products
- Demonstrated ability to drive growth, monetization, and user engagement at scale
- Deep understanding of data analytics, performance metrics, and data-driven decision making
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing strategy, partnerships, and revenue generation
- Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities and problem-solving skills
