JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead equipment reliability, performance, and condition data management across plant assets.
- Manage and optimize IBM Maximo to support maintenance and asset operations.
- Analyze failure trends and track KPIs such as MTBF and MTTR.
- Support predictive maintenance and asset analytics initiatives.
- Develop SQL reports, dashboards, and backend solutions.
- Monitor data quality, system compliance, and process adherence.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, IT, and vendors on improvements.
- Create documentation, training materials, and support user adoption. Maintain and optimize automation solutions
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business IT, or any related 4-year course.
- At least 5 years of experience in maintenance, asset management, reliability, or data analytics roles.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with EAM/CMMS platforms, preferably IBM Maximo.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, databases, and reporting tools.
- Experience in scripting or programming, preferably Python.
- Background in PI System, Canary, BI dashboards, or data historians is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management, training, or change management is a plus.
