JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead design and delivery of scalable RPA solutions aligned with business needs

- Translate processes into automation architectures and future-state designs
- Manage stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Ensure code quality, standards, and reusable frameworks
- Oversee project delivery, planning, and risk management using Agile
- Mentor engineers and support team capability development
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 14+ years of experience in Technology, with 6+ years in RPA
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate)
- Strong background in automation design, development, and solution architecture
- Experience in client-facing and stakeholder management roles
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBA) and API integrations
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, DevOps practices, and software development standards
- Relevant RPA certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer) preferred
