JOB DESCRIPTION
- Establish and maintain legal document management systems, including taxonomy, metadata, and archives
- Drive implementation and adoption of legal technology tools (CLM, automation, AI)
- Improve and streamline contract lifecycle and legal workflows
- Ensure privacy, compliance, and data governance across legal processesCollaborate with Legal, IT, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into solutions
- Develop reports and insights to track efficiency, usage, and cost savings
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Information Management, or related field
- 4–5 years experience in legal operations, knowledge management, or legal tech
- Hands-on experience with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, CLM tools)
- Familiarity with legal workflows, contracts, and compliance processes
- Exposure to AI tools, automation, or legal technology solutions
- Strong analytical, organizational, and data management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional and global environment
