JOB DESCRIPTION
HR Reporting & Analytics
– Prepare and deliver regular and ad hoc HR reports (headcount, attrition, recruitment metrics, etc.) – Build and maintain dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or HR systems – Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for HR and business leaders
Data Management & Governance
– Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data across HR systems – Conduct audits, resolve discrepancies, and improve data quality processes – Support HRIS enhancements and reporting continuity
Workforce & Talent Analytics
– Analyze recruitment pipeline and hiring metrics to improve efficiency – Support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development – Provide insights on compensation, performance, and employee trends
Process Improvement & Automation
– Identify opportunities to automate reports and improve HR processes – Support implementation of AI-driven tools and analytics solutions – Partner with HR and IT to streamline systems and reporting frameworks
HR Support (Cross-functional)
– Provide support across HR functions such as Total Rewards, Recruitment, and L&D – Act as a subject matter expert for HR reporting and analytics
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Analytics, or related field
- Around 5–8 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to reporting and analytics
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar) – Strong skills in Excel and/or Power BI
- Background in HR generalist functions, especially Total Rewards, is a plus
