JOB DESCRIPTION
The Clients & Industries Manager will work in partnership with the industry marketing team to facilitate and oversee the delivery of agreed marketing and business development objectives while collaborating with Southeast Asia marketing teams and other teams as necessary. Areas of ongoing primary responsibilities include:
• Work with the industry marketing team on the integrated marketing activities to reinforce market leader positioning
• Oversee and manage client data including opportunities and sales pipeline to generate insights for internal clients and management reporting
• Conduct and analyze market/competitor/target client research as input to business plan and market positioning
• Support in account management to deliver on desired outcomes
• Deliver a comprehensive range of projects, often with competing deadlines
• Develop, drive and implement the learning program across six industries in the Philippines
• Drive activities that enhance knowledge sharing and connectivity of the industry community
• Connect into the broader industry community including regional counterparts
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Minimum of 8 years of program management, or sales/business development experience. Client service experience and/or professional services industry experience is a plus.
- Self-starter with ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and deal with ambiguity
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and thorough execution
- Ability to support leadership to drive stakeholder engagement • Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to work with colleagues virtually
